Cancellation of PupSkool Recurring Membership
You have 30 calendar days to request cancellation of your PupSkool Membership from the date you agree to opt into it. In case you decide not to continue with your Membership for PupSkool within the first 30 days, please Contact Us and we will cancel your records from our system. You will not be charged ever again.
If you have already been charged for PupSkool and have decided not to continue any longer, please Contact Us to cancel your membership. Within 2 business days, we will confirm cancellation and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
PupSkool provides an unconditional, 30-day money-back guarantee for all its products. If you purchase one of our products and are not satisfied with it for any reason whatsoever, please Contact Us within 120 days from the date that you purchased the product, and we will provide a full, no-questions-asked refund to you.
Printed Version Refunds
There is no need to return the printed version books. You can keep them with you and still ask for a refund if you are not happy and if it is within 30 days of purchase. Contact Us and we will issue the refund within 2 business days.
